Refund policy

We do not permit returns unless there is a material defect, misprint or damage to a product at the time it is delivered to you.

Provided we rely on Printful (https://www.printful.com/ca) to process, print and ship your orders, you agree that in addition to the above policy, under no circumstances will we be liable or responsible to you to accept returns or process refunds, unless Printful has, in turn, accepted the item(s) to be returned pursuant to their own return policy (as amended and updated from time to time). Printful’s refund policy is available online at https://www.printful.com/ca/policies/returns

We will work with you to submit a return request, on your behalf, to Printful pursuant to their return policy.

Defective Goods Return Policy

  1. Defects and Damages

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any claims for defective items must be received within this time frame for us to assist you with a return request to Printful.

  1. Proof of Defect

To support your claim, you will need to provide proof of the defect. This should be done by taking clear, well-lit photos of the product illustrating the issue. The more details you can provide, the faster we can help process your claim with Printful.

  1. Submission Process

Please email these photos along with your order number to sayquoila@gmail.com. In your email, please include a brief description of the defect, misprint or damage. We will review your claim and respond with whether we will assist, pursuant to this policy, with submitting a claim on your behalf to Printful.

  1. Assessment

Upon receipt of your email and assessment of the photos, our team will determine, in our sole discretion, whether the product is indeed defective, damaged or misprinted. If your claim is approved by both us and Printful, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product to Printful directly.

  1. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, for returning all products to Printful, unless Printful agrees to reimburse your shipping fees.

  1. Refunds and Replacements

Once Printful receives your returned item, if the return is approved, they will notify us about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement product, according to your preference. However, you agree that we shall only be obligated to do so if and once Printful either (i) refunds amounts we have paid them in connection with your order; or (ii) ships you a replacement. 

Exclusions

Please note that we only accept returns for defective or damaged products. We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or errors in ordering (including you specifying an incorrect shipping address).
